Career Revolution ?

During meeting, I've being considered to support ANZ customer somewhere early next year, well, many thing as something "song" but I don't feel "song" at all, first the working hour will be damn early, maybe need to work during dawn time, and I don't feel comfortable talking to "ang mo" leh, never being in this kind of situation before, is this consider a kind of "Career Revolution" ?? *sigh*......

Ha, Congratulation to fellow Steve, one more familiar face will join DELL, like I say, all my friend is "keat" one, sometime give time a bit then, success shall stand at our site.

Ang moh don care you are chinese or not, or even if you yourself are ang moh support them will not be any better. Ang moh when complaints dun care/dun give a damn who you are! They'll just F you whenever they feels like it.

The best was to handle them was to be cheerful long enough to cool them down but that does not always work. The important things are patience. Then again, that was my experience. There are many people doing many things that works as well! hehehe...

Chris, You are a very patience guy and do not scare of talking to ang moh, u fear they dun understand u? They also fear that! hehehe... have more confidence! Have more belief!

Then again, the time. Wah lau... my sleeping schedule will be messed up if it happens to me :(

Relax bro. Talking to these ang mo are not as hard as it sounds. Most of these Australians goes easy on us if you said you're from Malaysia. The plus point is that they have the patient to troubleshoot with you even to the extend of FORMAT & REINSTALL without any further question.

Now the trick to actually handle them is to make sure what you do is justifiable. This goes to the transparency model that we used to hear in our metrices. Other than that, yes I think most of the ANZ guys have a better success than the one supporting SA.

And there's one thing you can really continue to complain and that is the support time of the ANZ. Trust me, it's going to get a whole lot worse once the day-light saving kicks in...
