Third week at DELL

Last week have Desktop training by Kevin.

20/6/2004 was my birthday, have dinner at Kampachi (Hotel Equatorial), the next day eat seafood at teluk bahang, Lobster...good.

This week shall have laptop training then.

The procedure here is much more systematic, the TS Web is great for handling customer problem.

Will go to Plant 2 APCC 2 on 14/6/04 for orientation of how "DELL" computer being setup and delivered to customer, one thing great about the production is the system, (build on demand), they do not stock those complete product in warehouse and wait for customer to order and they can delivered to customer door step within 3 workings day. Even country in USA are able to received the unit within 5 workings day from the day the customer order.

Second Day Work

First day is 8/6/04 actually :Þ
Go through orientation, introduction, job...etc, the job function is more focus on technical only, no sales, no quotation, no check part, no check status, being assign under Desktop Section.

Last Day In NEC

Busy backup & cleaning some personal stuff, feel sorrow for my colleague, what to do eh.?

Job

Got a new job last week, but they need people urgently, hence I don't have choice but to resign earlier, just tender resignation today but the management seems to blame me for going earlier, which I don't think I did anything wrong at all, don't care lah. everything come so sudden where I was not well prepared for the event, mixed feeling....anyway I'm leaving. Will miss alot people here.
